Alexander Miller was born in Boston, Massachusetts, to Jackie Sanderson and Richard Miller.

His first love, Jenna, was killed in a shooting that was caused by the Hell's Angels, and he chose to patch out and become a construction worker instead.
Ten years later, after his old friend, Cassius Whitlock, tracked him down, Trent rejoined the Hell's Angels. A few months later, he met Della Valentine, unaware that she was an undercover cop. When she revealed this to him, he did his best to hide it from the club, but eventually came clean to Cassius, Della quit the police force in February 2018, therefore making it possible for Trent and Della to form a proper relationship.
